My Evaluation of the Vibrams Fivefingers KSO
In general, I really like the Vibrams Fivefingers KSO. I do almost all of my CrossFit workouts in them. However, I only do maybe 10 to 20 percent of my running in these shoes. I find that running in Vibrams is a very good way check on my technique, and I would wear them more often except that I don't care for the separated toes while running. In fact, I wish the people at Vibrams would consider making a line of shoes without separated toes, or with just the big toe separate.
How do they stack against my criteria for Pose Running shoes?
