I would like to hear from anyone out there who can recommend resources on flexibility. Most of what I've found on stretching is about as useful as career advice articles. Generally the information is directed at people who really don't need any help, and is not really useful to those who do have a real need for good information
I'm one of those people who has never had good flexibility, even as a child my flexibility was lacking. I have researched the subject, and I have, in the past, spent years diligently stretching every day. Unfortunately, the results were less than spectacular.
Is there anyone out there who was had lifelong problems with poor flexibility, and found a method or program that actually allowed them to achieve at least an average level of flexibility?
