Difference Between BK Running and Pose Running

I remarked in my earlier post on the BK Running DVDs, that as far as I could tell, the two techniques were nearly identical. However, I did spot one difference, and I'm not even sure that this difference is real, or just something I spotted because of the examples of BK running that I have available to me.

While studying the BK Running DVDs it seemed to me that at toe off the BK runners have their knees raised higher, and they allow their lead foot to drop earlier. To illustrate this, I have two runners below who are at toe off. The Pose runner (left) is still in the Pose, and the BK runner (right) has allowed his lead foot to drop under his knee which is also raised somewhat higher.
