I've read two book on Barefoot running recently, and I like them both, but for very different reasons.
Barefoot Running Step by Step
The first book is Barefoot Running Step by Step by Barefoot Ken Bob Saxton and Roy M. Wallace. The reason I like this book is that the authors go into great detail about Barefoot Ken Bob's running technique which he developed through trial and error over several decades. He is one of those few individuals who can listen to his body and learn from what it is telling him.The technique he developed is not surprisingly very similar to Pose Running Technique. In fact he discusses the similarities in his book.
The Complete Idiot's Guide to Barefoot Running
The second book is The Complete Idiot's Guide to Barefoot Running by Dr. Craig Richards and Thomas Hollowell. What I like about this book is that it has to be the most thorough book on barefoot running that I've read to date. If you are only going to read one book on barefoot running, this is probably the book to read.
