Kettlebell Deadlifting - A Good Exercise for Runners

To start with, I'm sorry I have not been posting much lately other than videos. I have several posts planned, and hope to have time to write them soon.
 
Now on to the kettlebell dead lift. I'm big advocate of kettlebell training.
