Using gravity to move forward. - Part II

Coach Tracy Peal is, among many other things, a Level 4 Pose Running Coach, and on his blog he has consistently written some very thought provoking articles on the biomechanics of running. Now he released a podcast on the same subject, and it's definitely worth listening to.
