The Dr. Romanov Running On Ice Video and the Backstory

Dr. Romanov was presenting his theories at a conference. Another scientist stated that if Dr. Romanov's theories were true, then it should be possible to run on ice, and he wouldn't believe Dr. Romanov unless he could see a demonstration.  After the conference, Dr. Romanov made this video, and sent it to the scientist. I also understand that Dr. Romanov never heard back from him.

  1. But seriously, here in South Dakota I run on ice a great deal during the winter. Pose Method is EXTREMELY useful. I normally do not think about my running form to hard, but when going over a patch of ice, POSE is very much on my mind and that focus does help while running on such a surface.
